BUILDING PERMITS are required by the Township for, but not limited to:

 

  • New Construction
  • Additions and Structural Alterations
  • Basement Finishing
  • In-Ground and Above-Ground Pools and Spas/Hot Tubs
  • Residential Storage Sheds more than 500 sq. ft. (gross floor area),
  • All Decks, All Gazebos
  • All Patios - INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: gravel/stone, pavers, concrete, asphalt, brick, wooden planks, etc.
  • Temporary or Permanent Signs - PAYMENT DUE WHEN SUBMITTED
  • Roofing Replacement - PAYMENT DUE WHEN SUBMITTED
  • Siding to siding (or removing another type of fascia and replacing with siding)
  • Installation of Fireplaces and Stoves (wood burning and gas fired)
  • Electrical Upgrades
  • Solar Panel Installation
  • Generator Installation
     
ZONING PERMITS**are required for:
  • ALL Detached Residential Accessory Use Buildings and Structures up to 500 sq. ft. in gross floor area.(Includes ALL Sheds under 500 sq. ft.)

  • **PAYMENT FOR FENCES AND SHEDS IS DUE AT TIME OF SUBMITTAL
